CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- All cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to an event will be granted a credit for another track date useable for a period of one year from the canceled event
- NO cancellations will be accepted 7 days or less prior to an event but you do have the option to sell or give away your spot.
- If you sell your spot, you must contact XCEL at [email protected] informing us of the new rider. We will work to get them registered.
- We run rain or shine. If an event is cancelled due to weather, riders will be issued a credit for another track date usable for a period of one year from the canceled event.
- Full refund will be given to first time Provisional riders exceeding the Sound limit within the first two sessions of the track day
- No refund or credit will be given for anyone exceeding the sound limit during the track day event
- No refund of credit for missing the Riders Meeting. It is your responsibility to be on-time and attend the required Riders Meeting
